Scarecrow Volunteers Candy Yeandle and Ruthann Noble Honoured

   Candy Yeandle and Ruthann Noble Two scarecrow volunteers have been recognized by Festivals and Events Ontario for their contribution to the Meaford Scarecrow Invasion and Family Festivals ranking among the Top 100 Festivals and Events for the past four years.
